First, all the celebrities lined up in front of the step and repeat banner. They were able to get interviewed and photographed by various media/press outlets. Later, they networked with each other. The industry panelists were Thom Beers (Deadliest Catch, Ice Road Truckers), Mark Cronin (The Surreal Life, Rock of Love), Jason Goldberg (Punk’d), Randy Jackson (Randy Jackson Presents: America’s Best Dance Crew and judge from American Idol), Graig Piligian (Ghost Hunters, The Ultimate Fighter) and Sally Ann Salsano (Jersey Shore, Tool Academy). The panelists discussed the differences in working for the networks versus the Cable industry. They stated that when you work for cable, you are able to be more creative versus at the networks where you do not have the freedom that cable provides to them as producers. By working for the networks you need to follow their rules and guidelines. A couple of hundred people who are members of HRTS attended the luncheon and panelist event . (See and listen to exclusive unscripted video from the panelist talking about the networks and cable).
